Jon, if ownership is below the mandatory reporting percentage, you are unlikely to find them listed. Just as Warren B. never announces his purchasing habits until he is required to. (and after he has picked up a nice piece of the pie...to pre-announce would telegraph your move, and make the cost of purchase increase.) Just something to chat about awaiting news. S.
