I couldn't have picked a worse week. Well, yes I could have, but let's not go there. The market is very jittery, made more so by the retail investors like us. Well, not quite like us, if we were not panicked into selling into the downdraft.
Intel's numbers were very good, and the guidance they gave was very positive, I thought. Doom and gloom make very good news, apparently, and the media play it to the hilt. A.G. is surely following a precise plan. He is much too intelligent to shoot off his mouth by accident. I don't know what the plan might be short term, but I have to say that I have a degree of faith in his abilities in making things work longer term.
Banks, well, I can't say too much against them because I own several. Trying to play both sides, I guess.
I have to get going, too. I won't be posting much for another week or so, starting Tuesday. Yet another week away from the market. I'll try to make a lot of noise between now and Tuesday :-)
