Hardly a day to hesitate...

Congrats to the few who did buy today; yes - today was a day to buy the names & the mo - mo plays. SII my fav for quick moves in both directions. This is a stock that has a history of $3 daily moves.

Lots of the usual fence sitting commentary here today - gotta reserve the right to be a Monday Morning Quarterback - right ?

... all the - "anyone buying ? could, be's - or might not be's; 50:50's" etc. - Can anyone make a decision here ?

...and the classic of all classic's: !!!!

Geiche ? Overloaded on HLX and "worried" - wanting to know what some message board posters think ? - what's next; asking someone to click your mouse for you ? Maybe you can ask for us to post our votes & then you can trade accordingly ? - ROFLMAO !

...now if that is not a sign for someone who does NOT need to be trading individual stocks online - I do not know what is.

Damn; this was a day to NOT hesitate; THIS WAS A DAY TO BUY INTO THE OPEN !

... and you know why some of us could artic ? Because once again; we bought the bottom on margin & sold into the initial bounce; and now get to do it all over again ! - That's how "Slider blew it by selling & getting off margin".

PPI ?!?!?!? - throw out anomaly components and look at corporate earnings ! Certainly; energy prices will add some inflationary pressure; but there is no dramatic trend here indicative of a major series of fed hikes.

The banking & financial sector see's a stable rate environment. Another .25 hike is allready built in - the potential next hike is now a non factor.

Bought good positions in RIG CAM SII PGO OII NOI SCSWF. Small position in HLX, added a bit o' MEXP and bought back some GLBL (no reason to be short O'Babe) - it's a $6 1/2 - $8 1/2 trader untill Dore makes the rounds. You'll see a wall of green with non stop buys of 25K & 50K's and a 1.5 M share day when GLBL turns & runs; at that time it will be time to hold on tight for the ride/won't be worth the risk of trading & missing the move.

Missed getting filled on VRC, MRL & FLC. Wanted all three - but; Monday will be the day to watch for a real potential overall market freefall - which; absolutely takes the Oilpatch right down with it, if we see a Dow Blow Up; allways has & allways will. The rotation allways comes later.

Actually this timing could not possibly play out better. We've just had the crude oil price correction in the futures markets. Now, we may be getting the overall market blow off over - right into the face of Oilpatch earnings reporting. We are perfectly poised for a turn & run to OSX 100. It could not have played out any better than how things are presently unfolding...

E&P leaders like UPR OEI PXD holding strong; not giving anything much up here, or any opportunity to buy... these will be poised nicely off their strong Q3 coming.

OII here is a screaming buy; one of the better performing companies in this weakness; now 50% off from its recent high where it was getting very strong institutional buying support. This is one to buy headlong on margin; a 50% move to its recent high becomes a "double" on margin - and it will be a 2 bagger. NOI a sleeper as well; Land Drillers can not be successfull without IIR & NOI doing well... picks & shovels for the Land & Nat Gas drilling story.

============================================================
... and that "scam stock" MHR; received some nice analyst commentary today:

<<Today Alex Brown made the following comments:
"Magnum Hunter is one of the cheapest E&P stocks we follow trading at just 73% of estimated Net Asset Value and at 5.7x debt adjusted projected 2000 cash flow versus peer group averages of 90% and 6.3x, respectively."

"... we have set our 12 month target at $6...

"Given the positive developments underway at the company, our bullish view on the outlook for natural gas prices, and the attractive relative valuation, we reiterate our STRONG BUY investment rating on Magnum Hunter." >>

>>>VBG<<< ...some people wouldn't recognize a BUY if it hit them between the eyes... a substanial offshore drilling hit & analyst upgrades follow within 48 hours... and just think; JQP couldn't find the 10 Q's... ROFLMAO ~
==========================================================

Black Monday coming ?; sitting with limits a bit lower than today's bottoms; as "if" we see the Big Kahuna Monday - we'll get a huge volume blow off and literal free fall. Set the limits well under todays lows if you did some buying today; although it didn't look like too many folks did much buying here today... congrats to those who did. Sector leaders SII CAM RIG were great buys today...

Sitting at the 3 point line for "Black Monday", or Tuesday off the "CPI's" - mother of all mother selloffs if seen.

Limit orders @:

SII - 32 3/16
CAM - 31 15/16
GLBL - 5 15/16 ... beg, borrow & steal to load all vehicles
MDR - 17 3/8 ... load the boat, were the EW's right ?
PGO - 13 3/4
OEI - 8 5/8
UPR - 13 7/16
PXD - 9 3/8
OII - 12 7/8 ... load the boat.
MRL - 12 3/8
FLC - 10 5/8
ESV - 14 15/16...load the boat - the mo mo driller here
RDC - 12 15/16
UTI - 15 7/8 ... load the boat - the other mo mo driller

No hesitation on taking the shot here today... give me the ball again Monday & Tuesday; as it will potentially be a margin buying opp once again.

Artic; pay attention this time - okay (VBG)?

$lider

PS: JQP

... trust me; as you have had to observe; the nutballs on yahoo love to play the imitation game. I have no hesitation of using my only screen name; here, or yahoo. I would think that the last thing anyone would accuse me of doing, is hiding behind an alias; or mincing words... I expressed my opinion of you. 'Nuff said ?

I will not stoop to quite that level Lingerfelt; but, I have no hesitation of stepping on the line however; so now go put on those leotards & get those girlyblades on big boy; as I'd sure hate to see you break down and have to post another electronic meltdown tear jerker... relieve some stress and try not to think of all that money that you just lost to your brokers margin call.

PS - per your yahoo comments on suing your broker ?

Was that because he liquidated your positions because you couldn't meet your now infamous margin call after failing to trim TMR on the selloff - after putting all your eggs in that basket ?

Seriously Lingerfelt; quit riding them down into the dirt - cut & get out when they break the wrong way. To get caught in a liquidation pissing match with your broker is really bad form...

Can you imagine how much money you've lost; as if you had those funds to now be buying on margin into this potential - Heaven sent "Mother of all Mother" Buying Opps in the 'Patch here today, come Monday & Tuesday ?

Damn; I don't think I could sleep either (VBG)... but; you wouldn't find me on no "girlyblades"....

>>>VBG<<<

- there; now is that what you wanted to hear ? ... I'm sure our resident PC Policewoman-person will lead the webmistress call again; ala~ the "cheap seats syndrome" - never an original thought, or anything of value... just the "envy" syndrome & the little green monster.

As Gordon Geko says in my bud Charlie's finest film; ... if you want a friend - buy a dog.

Here to make money and relish every second doing it - because I can...

Ciao~
