A derivative action suit was filed today against the directors of AOW on behalf of the shareholders by Allan Laird
An except from the filing:
"An Order directing that any amount adjudged payable by the Defendants in this action shall be paid, in whole or in part,directly to former and present security holders of the corporation;"

So, Hislop, Jarvis and Campbell have all be named as defendants.

Personally, if I were a UP SHAREHOLDER, I wouldn't be
too thrilled about this either.
