If countries test now there is doodly squat we can do. Yeah,,,we could have put a trade sanction on Pakistan , couldn't we?? That would have really showed em......either that or give them favored nation status I forget which......ask Bill. What about just letting them test.....then we know who has what....otherwise they will just backpack them into the U.S. and test them OTJ. You think that treaty would have stopped anyone but the U.S.? Some treaty is needed. It is NOT needed to be a political football which is EXACTLY WHAT CLINTONE WANTED....why do you refuse to see that? He could care less about you, he is legacy building ya know.. dan
