Malone reports Osprey Energy announted in Stockwatch Oct. 8, 1999, a non-brokered private placement of two million units at 35 cents per unit for a total of $700,000 with a one-year warrant exercisable at a price 50 cents. In fact, the company's non-brokered private placement includes a two-year warrant, exercisable at a price of 42 cents in the first year and exercisable at a price of 50 cents in the second year.
