Be very careful of Series A Preferred Stock. That is the "floorless" type. I went through a similar thing with RNTK not too long ago. After a decent spike, the stock eventually drifted slowly down and got delisted here just recently. I saw the float increase from about 15 million to over 40 million in less than a year before me and my buddies figured out what the hell was going on. By then, it was too late. If anybody wants to know more, go to this thread: Subject 19082 I am sure those people can help you out.
