As stated in Form 10-12G, the fiscal year end is June 30, 1999. Therefore, PNLK should have submitted their annual report by Sept. 30, 1999. A company has 90 days to submit their 10SB (45 days/10Q) after the last day of the year/period. However, an extention, if requested, will give PNLK an additional 15 days (Oct. 15, 1999) to file their report. So,.......
