Look at your own link and payspecial attention to the growth rate in the bottom table. 7% in an increasing interest rate environment does not equal a 39 PE and the PEG is even worse. It gets a premium as a safe haven so people still buy it. I don't want to argue individual stocks though. Good Luck, Lee
