I think the big issue is the reimbursement relationships between PBMs and eDrugstores. Will most patients with pharmacy benefits be able to get their prescriptions filled and reimbursed at the eDrugstore of their choice? If so, your optimism is justified. But if each online Drugstore only becomes a prescription fulfillment store for one PBM, then the upside is more limited. At this point I prefer to invest in B2B eCommerce companies. I am long EPNY and CLIC, and also VERT, SFE and VRTS. Tom
