Let's try again here. I see that you chose to answer this question in a very particular way. Since you are continuing to tout this stock, let's be a little more precise here.

1. Have you ever been compensated by EssxSport or any of its principals, or do you have any arrangement to receive compensation from either the company or its principals?

2. Have you ever had any relationship with this company other than as a stockholder?

A simple yes or no to each of those questions will do.
