INTC acquires chip maker DSP for $1.6 billion in cash and will own 25% of AUDC. According to Bloomberg NewsWires DSP presently owns 25% of AUDC. This is attributed to the recent run-up? It certainly can't hurt have INTC's patronage. Pat
