Hi:

If Chubb thinks his stock is so undervalued, then why aren't insiders buying? Why would Corbett unload virtually ALL of his holdings? I can see some selling for personal reasons but ALL of his stock? I write this as an investor, albeit and admittedly disgruntled - and not as a shorter. The problem appears to be that revenues are not accelerating as fast as management thought - notwithstanding their current jive.
