What is especally noteworthy of this agreement with Hankuk are two provisions:

1)An increase in the percentage royalty on net sales of licensed products that will be paid to Research Frontiers.

2)The requirement that Hankuk achieve certain sales and commercialization milestones.

#2 will not only serve as an incentive for Hankuk to speedily focus on developing and applying SPD technology but should have the same effect on Material Sciences Corp. and General Electric.

Once again, Mr. Saxe has demonstrated that he is an exceptional negotiator and has the patience and tenacity to negotiate agreements that will be in the best interests of Research Frontiers shareholders.
