I don't see the disclosure in the 10K on what the top executives own. For a company like this, options are a big part of their package. They get it at a discount and selling even at these levels would be profitable. I think there were 264K options (price range was $0.82-$13.13) which were exerciseable on 12/96.

Oh, for those of you who don't know, the 10K states that there are only 271 shareholders of record on 3/97! This number increase to about 5000 when you factor in institutions. This has probably increase some more over the past few days, but we're still not talking about a widely held stock here. As I've said repeatedly, until they are more well known (via news, profits, analysts, etc)., this stock will have fluctuate in swings from news.
