Personally think there is a fine line between laughing and crying.

Wouldn't it be nice if STS could notify all remaining shareholders in advance that an extension was granted or that financing was completed? Wouldn't that be a nice reward for hanging in there, i.e. the opportunity to buy more STS at bargain basement prices? Obviously illegal.

Wouldn't it be nice if STS could contact existing shareholders and let them particpate in a private placement at 35 cents a share as opposed the normal PP where only the big boys get a shot at share+warrants at two for the price of one? Obviously not enough time.

Realize that just about everything is too late at this stage but couldn't help myself in hypothesizing?
