JGoren: The oral argument only seems like some consolation after all the FCC delays, but then how much more delay will occur while the Court decides, writes an opinion, and issues it? Is this likely to be days, weeks or months? Assume the latter. In the meantime, nothing can happen in the real world re a NextWave roll out, no? Chaz
