Charles, ?? Selling direct is a retail pathway, a direct retail pathway that Dell has show to be excellent, lower end user price + higher system price. Will IBM execute it well......that is the question. I suspect that IBM has done an analysis of this method and has finally decided to jump in with both feet. Bill
