MJ, That's the time and date when my attorney faces off against the LGE/Zenith/bondholder attorneys in Bankruptcy court. For details on the motion, see bottom page of: airfarecheck.com I am surprised that the national media hasn't bothered to report this. If we, eventually, win, it should send a message to every corporation around the world that following proper corporate governance is the rule of law within the United States and that those who choose to break the rules will be severely punished.
