Yes, Diamond bundles the Toshiba drives with a DVD board based on Cube's Ziva chip. They kind of have to. It seems it is hard to get the Toshiba decryption chips unless your buying their DVD drives. You other choice is to buy the decryption chip from Matsushita. Seems to me whoever get's the Decryption circuit integrated into thier DVD chip would have a significant advantage.
