As of 10/16, I do not believe that Hyperfeed will spin off PCQT. It is now rumored that Porter is reviewing various proposal to be bought out. He is hoping between SF and Boston deal making over the weekend. Many believe that since he takes his entire salary in shares (much of which are in the $12 range over the (March, April, May, June)past year...he will not settle for less than $18 per share in a buy out. The number most bantered around is $22.

This is all rumor. News could be forthcoming next week. Be reminded that Motorola's headquarters are in Illinois as is Hyperfeed's. Yahoo is in SF (Santa Clara) and Boston is Prudential which may very well be the deal maker. MOT/YHOO just signed a major agreement. They need the Hyperfeed Data Compression Solution (forget tickers for now) big business is elsewhere and this stock could carry a very healthy premium.

Good luck
