Major General Resources Ltd. has completed the non-brokered private
placement announced in Stockwatch Sept. 10, 1999. A total of 2,285,832
units, of which 1,301,832 units were flow-through, were issued on Oct. 15,
1999, at a price of 15 cents per unit.
Each flow through unit consists of one common share and one
non-transferable share purchase warrant to acquire one additional common
share at a price of 18 cents up to and including Oct. 14, 2000. Each
non-flow through unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable
share purchase warrant to acquire one additional common share at a price of
15 cents up to and including Oct. 14, 2000, and at a price of 18 cents up
to and including Oct. 14, 2001.
The shares represented by these securities are subject to a hold period and
may not be traded in British Columbia until Feb. 15, 2000.
