Let's set the record straight. You haven't "cogently" done anything. Yes, you have table pounded and posted press release after press release but you have yet to support your contention of "ballistic". COMS has a great play with PALM but I have - as you put it - "cogently" presented data as to why COMS is nowhere in DSL (they are modems only), has little success to date in Cable (even lost ATHM), and IP telephony is wrought with holes - not to mention that COMS isn't even on the market share map. You apparently have chosen to ignore the independent research I've posted and instead continue with your table pounding. Hey, I want to be convinced this pup is going to $65 but given the dd I've done I think all we can hope for is - as I put it in an earlier post - a return to mediocrity and a good PALM IPO.

Now you are postulating a buyout at $50 which doesn't even represent a PE in excess of 35 and is less than 4 times revenues. Sounds like you're backing off to me. Perhaps we have a communications problem here. My definition of "ballistic" is a four bagger in 12 months...maybe that's our problem here. Or well, half of it anyway. At $50 you're looking at 66% return...if that is ballistic...then I guess I'll live with it - I call that a decent return given this market.

I agree that $50/share for a buy-out is a reasonable price and I'll take the 66% return.
