Well they must have had the PDF document in the works, as it pre-dates your post (but not by much). But I think your post and my query to Noam may have speeded things up a bit getting it to the website. :-)) The PDF document contains additional detail on these options. Would you care to comment on how these compare to other (um, larger) organizations you deal with?
