Call Frank at Investor Relations (305)852-2383. He knows the situation well and is confident that all will be well for PJTV in the end. Apparantly, Dolgoff is a real loser and trouble maker. The only
reason it hasn't been settled already is that PJTV is pissed at all
Dolgoff has done and they don't want him to get anything at this point
and are confident that the courts will decide in PJTV's favor.
