CWEI closed @ 12 1/4, +1/4, Bid 12 1/8 x 12 1/2....Vol..25.3K Strange trading today with the large buys that pushed the price up as high as 12 7/8, followed by smaller sells that pulled it back down. The size of the trades are curious. I am trying to get an update on the depth the Marathon George Savell well is at now (11,200 feet as of 03/19/97 --planned for 17,000), and also on whether the Broughton/Zackson Rachui well has gone through completion. Oil $19.27, -0.08, (CWEI received $18.78 in Q1 1996) Natural Gas, $1.91, -0.01 (CWEI received $2.29 in Q1 1996) CWEI receives a premium for the liquids in its natural gas, on top of the stated priced.
