It was a bad day. I have to confess this was quite a blow to me. No one had any idea something like this could happen to Quidel. I had to re-assess my position and sold today. When you look at what BD did to other companies in court, it is devistating. This could really hurt a lot of people. I know it hurt me very badly, since I was heavily invested. One of the dangers of owning individual issues. Sorry.
