Then you've got good ears! Perhaps it's just wishful thinking. Realistically let's consider Mr. K's past and the "punishment" that was supposed to fit the crime. The money he was "supposed" to pay was essentially "forgiven" him and he never had to pay because he "showed" he didn't have any money with which to pay his "debt to society". What was to deter Mr. K from trying it again? Whatever it was appears not to have worked. Can we really expect the same system that let him off the hook in the past to do something now? In my opinion that's a longer shot than investing in NVID. The reason these kinds of things happen is because they can. The punishment does not fit the crime. If Mr. B and Mr. K are guilty of breaking some law or laws the chances of them serving time anywhere other than an executive suite is somewhere between slim and none. I suggest you look elsewhere for justice in our judicial system. We have inadvertently employed the fox to guard the henhouse. Let us hope the same affliction that claimed B & K hasn't spread to others in the company. Perhaps Mr. B is not guilty of the offenses he has been charged with. Perhaps he is. Proving it and doing something about it are light years from here and will do investors little or no good whatsoever. Is Mr. B going to give you your money back. Is the SEC? Is the snicker government? Remember who takes more of it than all the B's and K's in the country! Hope no one is offended by my little rant, but it seems silly to me that we would gloat because the fox has been caught. The chickens have already been eaten. There are other foxes and we'll never catch them all. Let's put our faith in something that can pull the company out of the hole and make us some money, not the system that will be standing there with it's hand out for their cut when we do.
