I hope the Samsung box in NYC is NOT CUBE based! It's a different model number than the original, which was 860. In the 860, they used their own inhouse MPEG2 decoder. I tought Phillips had the worsest resolution at 600 lines, But Samsung is 500 lines! Toshiba has been running 700+. And at $749 a pop! I hope this isn't CUBE. BTW: Do you know how many MPEG1 chips these guys sold last year? I don't think many.................... winbond.com.tw And who is going to use this? (Dated 9/26/96)................... winbond.com.tw
