To all: NEWARK, Del, April 9 (Reuter) - Strategic Diagnostics Inc said Wednesday it has named Arthur Koch Jr as chief financial officer to succeed Gregory Bell, who resigned April 1. Strategic Diagnostics said Koch previously had been chief financial officer of biotechnology company Paracelsian Inc . It said he begin his new duties at Strategic Diagnostics April 14. Strategic Diagnostics provides biotechnology-based diagnostic testing and is also involved in antibody and immunoreagent research and development services.
