I would assume that Mentor remains a risk. I seem to remember that there is a start-up targeting the emulation space (the name eludes me).

I thought this Cadence partnership is a healthy recognition of the need for Co-ompetition that these folks always allude to.

It seems to me that if you use the CTSL ruse of adding R+D to gross profit, things are essentially flat.
