Maximum Resources Inc - Acquisition Maximum Resources Inc MXR Shares issued 9914948 1997-04-08 close $0.37 Wednesday Apr 9 1997 Acquisition The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated February 28 1997 between Maximum Resources Ltd and Last Frontier Oil Company Inc (a public co, whose principals are Larry Regis Jr, L. Philip Price and Jack Ginn) whereby Maximum will acquire a 20% working interest in claims known as the Mina Claudia project, Third Region of Atacama, Chile by participating in the joint venture. Consideration for the acquisition is $10 and the issuance of 100,000 shares. Maximum has agreed to contribute to the joint venture 25% of all monies expended on the development of the property up to and including the earlier date of a full bankable feasibility study or commercial achievement.
