Luis, I can relate to what you are saying. In the end, I would guess that it might be helpful if one, and one probably could, talk to the people at companies like Fonar that do their book work. Fonar's stock price seems to be indicative of these very complicated issues. In a case like Fonar, perhaps we would all be better off if we owned the preferred shares and looked for minimum returns based on their lawsuits and view these returns as a sort of a dividend because the value of the stock is relative to the fact that straight sales , in many cases, do not always lead to these greater profits. When writing this, I feel like the fundamental rules of governance for successful companies is somehow being violated but anyway, stock was at 2 1/2 today the last time I looked. Hey, I recently began looking at a small company in a different field called Astrocom (in Minnesota). It is risky, but seems to be poised for an upswing. When I have more time, I will check it more thoroughly and share my info with you.
