Hi; It's not that I want to say I told you so, it's just that I don't like seeing honest people (myself included) get scammed. You might do well to reread this thread from the URL below. My guess is that the reason SCNG is not putting out the 10k is that they would need to disclose how many shares are presently outstanding!!! I believe it is going to be quite a bit more than most people expect. Those convertables can be dangerous when there is not a fixed price conversion ratio. techstocks.com
