I believe you sold early.

Large cos often seek leverage over a small co. I believe this matter will, infact, be settled out of court when calmer heads prevail. BD needs to settle as much as Qdel at this point. I'd be interested in seeing the court filing info if you come across it. That should make it much easier to interpret what the "problem" really relates to.

I would ask you if you are a LT or ST holder of your cos? Has there been a material change in Qdel? Do you still believe in that earnings info you posted?

Personally, I like to buy low and sell high. Guess the buy high and sell low theory works for some. I'm scouting to buy more.

Well, guess you could buy back into another winner, er loser, whatever. See you in the market. All IMHO.
