Hello, everyone I've enjoyed reading all the posts and hope that you all have gained some insight as to the problem I was initially facing when I started this thread needless to say I'm still on 10-12hrs a day when not working the ER since I only work 2 24hr shifts a week. Also I have been working on a web-page and for a look go here homepage.usr.com and please e-mail me any comments you may have or get back to me here. Note the page is unfinished like so many other projects but, I will complete as soon as I pick up a little more HTML skills. bg
