ICE, pass the info on to SI with a recommendation to make it available to new members. I would also like to see SI post their own rules prominently, perhaps on their home page. Those of us who have participated in this thread can try to lead by example. I was pleased today that Joel took what-his-name to task for bothering FIDO. I think it worked.
