Microsoft undoubtedly dominates the software market. However, this does not mean they are secure in that position forever. The market will continue to evaluate new technologies and divert accordingly. I think Corel stands a chance to capture a bigger slice of both the retail and corporate market with their high quality software. In terms of investment Microsoft stocks are way over-valued, however, Corel and Apple stocks are way under-valued. As an invester, I think these two companies should give better return on ivestment then Microsoft shares.
