WJP--The following post was written before SPLS/ODP stated on Monday (4/7) that they will fight the FTC decision: techstocks.com The ODP stock price is a very interesting play now. IMO and being formerly from the industry I would say that SPLS will prevail in court and I think they know they will.. The key is whether they can get the trial date in MAY as they have requested. If they do get the early trial the stock will immediately return to $19-$21. If they win the stock goes to $24. So most of the upside potential IMO is the granting of the early trial date. Also the downside risk is minimal as we saw what it was on April 4 or approx. $12-13. AL
