Ken, I have not heard anything other than what is on the TRKN website and the stuff you mentioned.....one other rumor I have heard is that a logic chip maker is running some final tests on their etchers...for a FAB that they are building next year. Other than that I have no new news. Ask your broker where he heard it and who is placing orders....wonder if he knows? dave
