Al: When the FTC nixed the ODP/STPLS deal the first time, I remember reading that STPLS was better situated than ODP, because ODP had let a lot of its best people go, thinking that the merger would happen and they wouldn't need these people, while STPLS had retained a lot of its good people. Any thoughts on what the stock of STPLS will do if the FTC decision is upheld?

Also, if the price of CEXP keeps sinking, do you think it might become an attractive merger/acquisition target?

Although I address these Qs to Al, anyone else with any thoughts, please feel free to respond! TIA
