Dann Deaver and Aris Nichols, pioneered ABS Thermoplastics and are co-founders of PSI, they have been a team since 1964 with a proven track record. The 100,000 went to PSI, on page 11 note c of FY96 numbers it says "During the year, the company issued 100,000 common shares for $1 to acquire 33.33% interest Polymers Systems International, L.C." I am hoping that Estalloy is selling, and Matrix Tool needs the money. Rgds. JR
