Hi;

1. My note said to reread from 40 not only 40 I especially
wanted Mulshines responses to me to be reread.
2. I am no longer in this stock, haven't been for some time.
3. My overall point is that Mulshine swore up and down that he never
registered to sell shares. Yet I cut and paste a 13/D and there was
his name on as a seller of 189/405 thousand shares.
4. I hope everyone makes money, I just thin that SCNG is in the
business of issuing stock. I went thru this with IMAT. Great idea
enormous potential. But by the time the business could make money
the dilution effect of excessive number of outstanding shares would
always make the EPS negligble.
5. I believe the NT-10k (excuse for non-timely-filing) specificlly
states the probable dilutive effect of below market conversion
ratios for convertable securities.

Anyway, as I don't own the stock, and am far from being an expert
in stock picking and prognostication, I will again fade away.

while they'll probably issue some more stock shortly, they have
only 5 mil shares out where 1.3 mil is owned by a single entity
and nearly 50% is held close. IBM made recent distr. agreement.
They have the top of the line commercial scanners and have an annual
run rate of 10mil, Have completed a restructuring as of 3-31. And
sell for only .50 cents per share. Anyway no fancy story just a nce
possible turnaround.
