Hi Harry,

I have seen the Intc P/E vs Msft P/E issue raised many times without a good explaination. I think P/E is also awarded on the basis of gross profit. If it isn't, it probably should be, because this is a measure of the "margin of error" a company has. (I own one, so I know this.)

Intel's gross profit is usually 50-60%. Microsoft's is 85-90%. Both are exceptional. Microsoft's is better.
