Here is some more info from another newsletter writer named Ron Struthers:

Delgratia, DELGF on Nasdaq from RSA Situations/peculations

An associate of mine, Mr. Miltimore visited the Delgratia site and met
Mr. Ager on Thursday. I had a lenghty discussion with Mr. Miltimore
on how his visit went and would like to report from our discussion that
the management is perceived as honest and genuine. Drilling is
continuing on the property and I gathered the gold minerilization is
somewhat complex and mayl provide some challenges to recover.
This was contrary to what I found earlier. DELGF has already taking
immediate steps and hired a couple expert people in mining
engineering and metallurgy. DELGF has also hired a new PR firm to
hopefully to a better job in disemating information and press releases.
Mr. Ager has forwarded all the required information to the Nasdaq
exchange and the stock could trade as early as Monday, however
this is entirely up to the exchange.

Mr. Miltimore has confirmed my believe in this project and I thank him
for his effort and time visiting the site. The stock could provide us with
a nice buying oportunity when trading begins. I would be quite
agressive under $10 and pick up positions any where between $10
and $15
