All I can say is that I upgraded to Netscape 4.7 (I have a Mac), Q.T. 4, cleaned up a bunch of stuff, defragmented, went out to lunch and to the pet store. Thought about ironing, said "forget it." The only consolation was knowing everyone else was in the same boat!
