Well Bill, here is your answer:

To Our Valued Customers and Shareholders: Due to our recent expansion into the national ISP market we have made some dramatic increases in the size and complexity of our server array. We ran into some serious problems in the rollover that caused some system outages. We apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may have caused. Please check back for the release of our new site. (See panambancorp.com )

Of course that stands in somewhat stark contrast to this long standing claim at their site:

We are known for our fast servers, solid connections, excellent service and technical support. We do not censor content, and ensure your right to privacy and confidentiality. We do not sell or divulge client information. (See panamigroup.net )

Their site offers no real content, so just why would there be an increase in traffic to begin with? Seems a little bogus that posting those access numbers, which are local hook-ups for users to the Internet, not to any DEAO equipment, would cause a surge in traffic to warrant deploying "a dramatic increase in their server array".

Btw, I wonder why they felt compelled to mentioned that they could be trusted?
