Do you suppose that this ban, of naked shorting and borrowed shorting, will be applied throughout the world and not just in Canada? That is, of course, if the reports on the ban are true.

Have you confirmed this rumor to be a fact? I believe the other folks who claim they have confirmed the report to be true. But, even they, have asked others to confirm it.
