Hi All!!I think that before we start shooting ourselves in the foot here we need to impress upon the management to hold a "FULL DAY" shareholders meeting (NOT the 45 min presentation and a 3 minute Question and Answer session). We need to feel out the soul of the company. With this post I am requesting TomatoMan to pass on this request to Michael Sheppard. The notice to shareholders should be at least 21 days so we can get some cheaper tickets and should not require too much time off from our jobs. A meeting on Saturday afternoon about 1:oo PM would fit the bill if it is followed by a 6 hour jam session. Otherwise our fears alone will sink this ship or make it a target of takeover at current price. To say in few words think of the shareholder meetings that Ben and Jerry of the Ice Cream fame hold. I know we are not making money or ice-cream like them do but we can buy our own ice-cream and find out why what if anything the shareholders can do for the company before it will do anything for us. The purpose of the meeting should not be the authorization of the next 50,000,000 shares. All employees of the company should be present and open about the plans for the company. To ensure sincerity and open-ness, the sessions should break out into individual sessions with employees after a formal start. What is there to lose anyway. Maybe the company can get a new soul at this time. I am not ready to give it up for dead yet. And Michael has to really clear the air like never before. For him it should be almost a confessional.
