Alex, true or not I do not know, but this embassy as being off limits as it represents the sovereign land of the nation inside this other nation to me is a good idea that is extremely abused. Just like those dip-low-mats that can bring into another country a box that the country entered cannot inspect inside it. Just like a dip-low-mat that can commit a serious crime in another country and that police force cannot arrest him. I think in England last year a policewomen was shot and killed outside an embassy by a dip-low-mat inside with a rifle, and he was allowed to leave England. Only 1 in a 1,000 are brought to justice based on political connections and iou's held, not for the correctness of it. To me embassies is just another name for corrupt government officials. If this is true, to me it changes nothing and means nothing. <<Nato deliberately targeted and bombed the Chinese embassy in Yugoslavia ...Kosovo conflict because being used to transmit enemy communications>> Imagine an embassy building in sharpshooter rifle view to your home, and inside a dip-low-mat starts killing your family. Suprise as after you tell police that your family is pinned down and being murdered that the police say Sorry but its ok & correct for this to happen, and we the police will do nothing except we advise you to call your Congressman/woman and ask nice if they can schedule a meeting at the UN with this nation ...... puke. Imagine if you had a son or daughter soilder in the Kosovo conflict and because that embassy was being used to transmit enemy communications that your loved one was killed. I see no difference between this and the prior example. doug
